Reports: Potential exchange arrangement including Krunic and Fenerbahce defender gains momentum

November 20, 2023

According to a report, there is a growing likelihood that AC Milan and Fenerbahçe will complete a swap deal that will see Rade Krunic and a young player leave Serie A and a defender go in the other direction.

Several Turkish reports, including one from Sabah (via Pianeta Milan), suggest that Milan could let two players go to Fenerbahçe in exchange for Ferdi Kadioglu.

Krunic has been linked with Fenerbahçe since the end of the 2023 summer transfer window, and although interest had cooled after a deal fell through, Milan are back in the race for the Bosnian.

Fenerbahçe are also interested in Milan’s 19-year-old goalkeeper Lapo Nava, who could be part of a potential deal to bring Kadioglu to Milan.

Kadioglu is 24 years old and a very versatile player. He can play at right-back, left-back or in midfield. He has given two assists in 11 Superliga games this season.
