Tottenham have been linked with a surprise transfer for Barcelona striker Raphinho.

According to Football Transfers, Spurs have dropped their interest in Ivan Toney and have set their sights on the Brazilian.

Barcelona are ready to sell the winger, but his price is set at €70 million.

Rafinha scored 10 goals in his first season at Camp Nou and helped Xavi’s team win the La Liga title.

However, he has only made five appearances this season.

According to the latest reports from SPORT, Tottenham will “continue to press” for Raphinha but are not willing to pay €70 million.

Instead, the report claims that Spurs will “offer a significant amount of money” and include the player in the deal.

The report mentions Cristiano Romero as someone who “stands out above the rest” in a possible deal with the player and the money.

Rafinha proved his worth in the Premier League with Leeds and was one of the league’s most outstanding players with 17 goals and 12 assists in two years at the club.
