West Ham United’s defender is all set to head to Monaco within the next 48 hours in what appears to be the final stages of his loan deal. As reported by RMC Sport, the imminent transfer of Thilo kehrer has been given further credence, with Kehrer’s move to the Ligue 1 club described as ‘imminent’. The transfer is structured as a paying loan with an option to buy, with all formalities now completed for the former PSG player to make the switch to the Principality. Sources indicate that the move is expected to materialize within 48 hours, possibly as early as Thursday, with an agreed buyout price set at €10m.

Kehrer’s decision to seek a move stems from his limited opportunities at the London Stadium this season, having started in just three Premier League matches without completing a full game. This mutual agreement between Monaco and West Ham comes as a fitting outcome, reflecting the player’s desire for a new challenge and the clubs’ efficient negotiation process, leading to swift progress in finalizing the deal this week.
