In a recent prediction, Harry Redknapp anticipates that Tottenham Hotspur will secure a fourth-place finish this season, expressing confidence in Ange Postecoglou’s team to deliver consistent results once key players return to full fitness.

Despite facing a multitude of injuries over the past few months, Spurs find themselves just a point away from the top-four positions—a remarkable feat considering the challenges they’ve encountered. Notable players like Cristian Romero, Micky Van de Ven, James Maddison, Yves Bissouma, Rodrigo Bentancur, Giovani Lo Celso, Manor Solomon, Richarlison, Ryan Sessegnon, and Ivan Perisic have all spent considerable time on the treatment table.

While some players are still on the road to recovery, Postecoglou faces additional challenges with three regular starters participating in the Asian Cup and African Cup of Nations, including club captain Son Heung-min.

Redknapp highlights the significant impact of Maddison’s absence, particularly during his more than two-month hiatus, asserting that the talented midfielder’s return could be a game-changer for his former side. But when they get him back, and with the center-halves returning from suspension or injury, I think Tottenham can make the top four this season.
