Simultaneously, the Hammers are on the brink of securing a loan deal for Manchester City midfielder Kalvin Phillips for the remainder of the season.

Notably, Manager David Moyes is keen on fortifying his West Ham squad and has specifically emphasized the need to secure a winger before the impending closure of the transfer window next Wednesday. Ibrahim Osman has emerged as a primary target, prompting earnest negotiations between the club and Nordsjaelland for a prospective transfer.
