Jones shared that there have been updated discussions about Nusa and it was the third round of talks this month. The situation seems to be progressing closer to an agreement. Even if the deal is not finalized before the next week’s deadline, it’s an important one to monitor.

Although Tottenham’s initial plan was to loan Nusa back, the club is still keen on signing him. It may not happen immediately, but there’s a possibility for an agreement for the summer instead of a January signing.

It seems that, while Nusa may not be joining the squad until next season, Tottenham is still committed to making it happen, and the negotiations seem to be moving closer towards completion. Therefore, there is a potential for Nusa to become Tottenham’s next signing.
