Colombian team Once Caldas is set to pocket a 5% cut from Luis Sinisterra’s impending transfer from Leeds United to Bournemouth, a gesture known as a solidarity contribution, as reported by Colombian reporter Pipe Sierra.
On February 8, Sierra disclosed on his X profile that the £20 million transfer will be finalized once Sinisterra inks a five-year contract.
This solidarity sum, pegged at £1 million, represents a significant windfall for Once Caldas, currently ranked 13th in their domestic league, as compensation for nurturing Sinisterra in their youth setup before his leap to European football.
