He highlighted that Everton remains uninformed about the appeal’s status, stating in a Q&A for The Athletic [22 February], “Expected timescale has always been the end of February. I’m not sure where all the ‘imminent’, ‘today’, ‘tomorrow’, ‘Everton have been told’ rumors are coming from but as far as I know, there is no news and nothing has been relayed to the club yet.”
