Rangers star caught in explosive ‘brawl’ with fan outside stadium – You won’t believe what happened next!

This was the moment Borna Barisic found himself in a heated exchange with a passionate Rangers fan over the weekend. The Croatian player was captured on camera engaging in a fiery conversation with the supporter in the car park outside Ibrox Stadium, while he and his teammates were busy signing autographs following their victory against Kilmarnock.

Barisic, 31, had a starting role at left-back for Philippe Clement’s squad on Sunday. Despite goals from Fabio Silva, Ben Davies, Tom Lawrence, and John Souttar overturning Matty Kennedy’s early goal for Kilmarnock, the Light Blues managed to maintain their three-point lead over Celtic in the title race.

Even with the crucial win that keeps Rangers’ Premiership title hopes alive ahead of the upcoming Old Firm derby, it seems that some fans remained dissatisfied with the team, singling out certain players for criticism.

In a video circulating widely on social media last night, Barisic was seen at a distance in the car park interacting with fans and signing memorabilia. Approximately 50 seconds into the clip, the defender reacted angrily to something said by a member of the crowd, clearly audible to Barisic who was standing just a few yards away from the fan.

Barisic then proceeded towards the fan to address the situation, getting into a face-to-face confrontation before making a gesture to push the person away. Eventually, he was guided away by club stewards seeking to defuse the escalating tension that had drawn attention from onlooking fans in the vicinity.

Another teammate, Jack Butland, also found himself embroiled in a post-match disagreement with a supporter, adding to the discord.

With his contract set to expire at the end of the season, Barisic’s future at Ibrox seems uncertain, especially following a recent injury to Ridvan Yilmaz. The Croatian defender has played a secondary role to the Turkish player under Clement in recent months.

There are reports indicating that Barisic has tentatively agreed to join Trabzonspor in Turkey once his deal with Rangers concludes. In a potentially coordinated move, teammate John Lundstram is also said to be drawing interest from the same Turkish club.
