Matty Godden bid a heartfelt farewell to Coventry City and its supporters as he embarks on a new chapter with League One side Charlton Athletic.

After five fruitful years with the Sky Blues, the 32-year-old striker transferred to Charlton Athletic for an undisclosed fee, signing a two-year contract at The Valley.
