QPR Boost Their Attack with New Double Signing
In a bid to bolster their attacking options, QPR has officially secured the services of Koko Saito and Karamoko Dembélé. The announcement comes following the team’s disappointing 3-1 loss to West Brom during the Championship season opener, bringing some much-needed good news to their loyal fans.

Head coach Marti Cifuentes finally landed the attacking reinforcements he had been seeking as Saito and Dembélé were unveiled on Tuesday. The team had been active in the summer transfer market but was lacking firepower upfront, especially after the departure of Chris Willock. Saito, a left winger, joins QPR for the 2024/25 season, fresh from his loan spell at Sparta Rotterdam and representing Japan at the Paris Olympics.

Expressing his enthusiasm about joining the club, Saito stated, “I am excited to contribute goals and assists to QPR and make a positive impact. Playing for such a prestigious club is a significant step in my career, and I am eager to showcase my skills on the pitch.”

Accompanying Saito is Dembélé, who arrives on an initial loan deal from Brest. The versatile 21-year-old, who can play on the right flank or in an attacking midfield role, impressed during his loan stint at Blackpool, earning accolades as Player of the Season.

Thrilled about his new chapter with QPR, Dembélé remarked, “I am looking forward to this new challenge and am grateful for the opportunity to progress in my career here. The discussions I had with the coaching staff convinced me that this is the right move for me, and I am eager to get started and contribute to the team’s success.”
