Nathan Jones has subtly hinted at Charlton Athletic’s attempts to secure the services of former Luton Town defender Dan Potts.

The 30-year-old, currently a free agent following his departure from Luton Town earlier this season, had a stint training with Charlton Athletic during the summer. Potts was also seen in action during their pre-season fixtures, including a closed-door match against Crystal Palace and a substitute appearance against Portsmouth.

Potts initially joined Luton from West Ham United back in 2015, playing a pivotal role in the club’s journey from League Two to the Premier League, winning three promotions along the way.
