Kasey Palmer hopes that his previous Coventry City of manager Mark Robins could take the helm of Hull City if he was to replace Tim Walter. Robins could be the new manager since he is believed to be among the shortlisted managers facilitated by the owner Acun Ilicali after a poor start to the Championship season axed Walter.
Robins a Coventry City player befriended Palmer; he is 54-year-old man from Ashton-under-Lyne. In an interview with Palmer after Robins was unceremoniously shown the exit door by the Sky Blues last month and replaced by Frank Lampard, Palmer only has good things to say about the former Scunthorpe United Managing Director.
Speaking of Robins’ teams possibly recruiting Hull City, Palmer backed the manager noting that his achievements and experience with Coventry were proof of what he can do. The creative playmaker stressed he had a good working relationship with Robins and that he is ready to work under him in case he joins Hull City.
