He’s trying to get the ball and he jumps into the back of the defender, how is that not a foul?…Jamie Carragher SLAMS Wolves for “BETRAYAL” of Fans, Claiming Shocking Decision Against West Ham is “FINAL NAIL IN THE COFFIN” for Under-Fire Manager

Watching the recent Premier League match between Wolves and West Ham United, Jamie Carragher could not understand one refereeing decision that lead to the team’s loss.

For the Wolves, the match ended in a 2-1 defeat by the Hammers thanks to some poor defending especially during the first goal by Tomas Soucek via a header in a crowded box.

The Hammers regained the lead when Bowen scored after he had taken a shot near the edge of the box after Wolves had equalized with a goal from Matt Doherty.

Carragher only extended his objection to the authorization of West Ham’s second goal. Just before Bowen scored, there was a nasty challenge on Santiago Bueno, as per Carragher view. Mavropanos who was being closely marked by Bueno fell on him to help him get over the ball as he leaped.

Speaking to Sky Sports in his post-match comments further, Carragher brought attention to the blatant foul called that the referee missed and in turn, frustrated those who watch and support football.

This just went onto the list of poor referee decisions that have affected Wolves in the most recent matches and further proved just how hard the team has to struggle and fight to get fair results.

While the Wolves tried to even things out on the court, the team did not take home point-laden prize for their spirited effort though they deserved it on that day.
