BREAKING: Paul Warne’s SHOCKING Admission – ‘I’ve Never Felt So ASHAMED of My Team… Leeds Exposed Our SOUL-CRUSHING Weaknesses!

Paul Warne, the Derby County: manager is bitter about Leeds United’s loss during the match.

The Rams Manager Paul Warne however was blunt when speaking of Derby County’s 2-0 loss to Leeds United at the Elland road. Warne said he cringed while being a spectator to his team receiving a beating from the Leeds team, labeling that as the most one-sided match of the season.

That was a comfortable win for Leeds United as the hosts hardly sweated to earn the trio of points they wanted. Joe Rodon headed from a Joe Rothwell corner, and Max Wober came close to scoring from a deflected shot just before the break to ensure Leeds’ victory.

Warne accepted his team could not compete with Leeds and said there was difference in class between the two teams. “I’m not surprised who won,” Warne said. We got them angry for 30 minutes but could not extend the time more than that. Leeds really applied pressure on us and our goalkeeper was given a lot of workout throughout the game.”

The Derby boss was also full of admiration for the strength that Leeds possesses at the back, adding even his pacey players had no answer to it. “That was the most uncomfortable I’ve felt on the side of the pitch,” Warne said. “It was a gulf in class. We had more moments in the match against Sunderland and Sheffield United.”

Warne himself is honest enough to assess the prospects of struggling Championship teams when they visit Elland Road. Leeds United has been performing well at home and most teams finding it tough to breach Marcelo Bielsa’s disciplined defending lineup.
