The ongoing transfer saga involving Genoa’s promising center-back, Radu Dragusin, and Tottenham Hotspur shows no signs of abating.

Recent reports indicate that although negotiations are ongoing between the clubs, Dragusin has reportedly reached an agreement on personal terms with Spurs.

Despite the absence of a final agreement between the two clubs regarding the 21-year-old defender, journalist Romano maintains an optimistic outlook.

According to Romano, Tottenham, engaged in daily discussions, remains confident in their pursuit of securing Dragusin’s services. He also revealed that a fresh round of talks has been slated to move the negotiations forward.

While Spurs have put forward a proposal valued at €23 million, Genoa is holding out for €30 million, further underscoring the gap between their respective valuations.

Moreover, it’s been highlighted that manager Ange Postecoglou is resolute in his desire to secure the 21-year-old talent.

Tottenham and Genoa have reportedly scheduled further discussions to push the Radu Dragusin deal forward, despite the disparity in their initial proposals. This development signals a potential breakthrough in the negotiations.

Given Tottenham’s pressing need to bolster their defense with a new center-back, it’s hoped that swift progress will be made in bridging the valuation gap, allowing the club to secure Dragusin’s transfer without protracted delays over relatively minor differences in price.
