Negotiations between Tottenham and Genoa are underway, with the Italian club purportedly seeking €30 million (£25 million) for the transfer, while personal terms have reportedly been settled across all involved parties.

Fabrizio Romano, speaking on Kick, shed light on the specifics of Dragusin’s agreement with Tottenham, revealing that the defender is poised to sign a long-term contract with Spurs, with salary terms resembling those of Guglielmo Vicario, should he finalize the move.

Romano conveyed his insights, stating, “I keep receiving messages of optimism on this deal, but what is going on? Tottenham have an agreement with the player, they have agreed personal terms with Dragusin, it will be a long-term contract and the salary will be similar to the one for Guglielmo Vicario but Tottenham and Genoa are locked in negotiations. They received a verbal proposal from Tottenham, not an official proposal at around €22-23 million but Genoa are starting at €35 million but would close the deal at €30 million.”

The imminent completion of this deal seems inevitable, given the wave of optimism surrounding it. With each passing hour, the likelihood of an announcement draws closer, prompting some sources to suggest that the deal could be finalized by Friday.
