“NOT FOR SALE, BUT MAKE US AN OFFER!” Crystal Palace’s BOLD Gamble Tempts Club Into SHOCK Negotiations For Star Player!

Crystal Palace have once again been linked with Fenerbahçe defender Jayden Oosterwolde following a fresh wave of reports over the last day.

The Netherlands international has been on the Eagles’ radar before, having previously been mentioned as a potential target during 2024. With Marc Guéhi now completing his move to Manchester City ahead of his contract expiry, Palace may be forced into the market to find a suitable replacement before the window closes.

According to Turkish journalist Sercan Hamzaoğlu, Palace have already approached Fenerbahçe to ask about the terms of a possible deal for the 24-year-old. While the Turkish club are reluctant to part with an important member of their squad midway through the campaign, they are said to be open to hearing what Palace would be willing to offer.

Interest in Oosterwolde is not new. During the 2024 summer window, Palace and Newcastle United both tracked his situation and made enquiries about his availability. That speculation faded after the defender suffered a serious knee injury late in the year, sidelining him for around five months.

Since returning to full training last April, Oosterwolde has re-established himself and impressed this season, drawing renewed attention from clubs in England. Leeds United are also believed to be keeping a close watch on his progress.

The versatile defender has featured 28 times across all competitions this term, scoring once, and remains under contract with Fenerbahçe until June 2028 after signing an extension last summer.
