Mindaugas Nikoličius, the sporting director of Hajduk Split, has confirmed that talks with Tottenham regarding the player are in progress. Romano had previously revealed that the Croatian club sees Perisic as their top target for the transfer window.

He has now provided the latest on the situation. According to the renowned transfer expert, the deal is progressing well and has reached the final stages. Perisic himself reportedly holds an eager stance towards the move, and Tottenham is prepared to accept the loan offer.
