Southampton and Leicester City are just two of the multiple clubs monitoring the situation of Coventry City’s Callum O’Hare.

O’Hare has faced an uncertain future at Coventry City following a serious knee injury that kept him out of action for the majority of the previous season and the start of the current campaign. However, having regained full fitness over the past six weeks, he has swiftly returned to top form.

The 25-year-old has been a standout performer for Mark Robins’ team during their impressive nine-game unbeaten run, which notably included him scoring twice in a recent victory over league leaders Leicester City.

Despite his pivotal role in the squad, uncertainty persists regarding O’Hare’s future at Coventry as his contract with the Sky Blues expires in the summer. Although he has received new contract offers, an agreement has yet to be reached.

Therefore, it’s not surprising that other clubs are closely monitoring his situation. According to Daily Mail reporter Tom Collomosse, both Leicester and Southampton have displayed interest in O’Hare.

Collomosse mentioned, “Burnley and Southampton are monitoring the Coventry playmaker who is out of contract in June and has yet to sign a deal offered. Leicester are also monitoring, as are La Liga clubs. It is not impossible that clubs make a move for him in January, but the summer appears to be the more feasible timing for all parties involved.”
