JUST IN: Chelsea Ace Pushes for Mind-Blowing 200% Salary Boost Amidst Tottenham Transfer Plans

January 27, 2024

Chelsea are gearing up for a busy end to the January transfer window, with their main focus being on potential outgoings. The possibility of Armando Broja leaving is still on the table, with Fulham showing interest in the striker. Marco Silva is keen on bringing in a new forward and is considering a loan deal for Broja, although Chelsea are hoping for a permanent transfer. While reports suggest Chelsea may hold out for £50m+, offers in the range of £35m and higher will be considered.

Aston Villa also has their eye on Broja, but no formal enquiry has been made yet. Wolves have explored the option as well, but feel the price is too steep. West Ham, who made a bid for Broja in the summer, cannot be ruled out either.

In addition to Broja, there is also a possibility of Conor Gallagher leaving Chelsea this window. Although less likely than Broja, an exit for Gallagher is not out of the question. Chelsea will consider offers for players with less than two years left on their contract, and it will take a substantial offer, possibly around £60m, for them to part ways with the midfielder.

Gallagher, despite being a top performer for Chelsea this season, has not made progress towards a new deal and is reportedly seeking a significant increase in wages. With the League Cup Final approaching, Gallagher would ideally like to stay, but the potential competition from other midfielders might prompt Chelsea to cash in. Spurs, who valued Gallagher at £35m last summer, have not made a new bid or formal talks yet, but could be a contender if they decide to make a move.
