According to reports from Australian sports outlet FTBL, Rodrigues is set to depart for the UK soon as Macarthur FC, his current club in Sydney, has reached an agreement on an undisclosed transfer fee with Coventry. Hailing from a lineage of soccer players, with his father being former Adelaide United forward Cristiano dos Santos Rodrigues, Borges Rodrigues recorded an impressive record of 33 appearances for Macarthur, scoring six goals and providing two assists across all competitions.
