Leroy Rosenior has confessed that, despite having doubts about Guglielmo Vicario after his debut against Brentford, the new Tottenham goalkeeper has proven him wrong in the subsequent matches.

Although Vicario arrived at Tottenham with high praise from his performances in Serie A for Empoli, not all Spurs fans were excited about his signing.

Certain supporters were skeptical about whether the 27-year-old could thrive in the Premier League based on his pre-season games.

However, since joining the club, Vicario has been nearly faultless and has displayed exceptional goalkeeping skills as well as being reliable in his ball distribution.
