Fabio Silva made his Portugal senior bow in a 1-1 draw with Croatia, an important moment for the blossoming talent.
Silva moved to La Liga on loan with Las Palmas – where he reinvigorated his career after a difficult 12 months at Wolves in and out of the Premier League. His revival was capped with a call-up and display for the national team.
