As the pressure ramps up on Celtic boss Wilfried Nancy, Man United have taken action on their manager Rubin Amorim.
Man United sacked Amorim this morning after 14 months in charge saw the Premier League giants embark on a rollercoaster run of form, just like Celtic’s over the last couple of months.
Nancy was already under serious pressure at Celtic after the shocking nature of the defeat to Motherwell at Fir Park.
But now, after Celtic’s loss to Rangers in the New Year Glasgow Derby, Nancy looks like he could be on his way out of Paradise.
Celtic fans let their voices be heard at full time with a demonstration, but it appears that the board are simply not listening.
However, the Man United executives listened to their fans and now Amorim is gone, and Chris Sutton reacted to the news with a big message to the Celtic board.

Fans of United have watched as Amorim’s 3-4-3 system let down their club and, ultimately, it has led to their manager’s demise.
With the same story unfolding at Celtic Park under Nancy, Sutton has sent a timely warning to the Parkhead executives.
Sutton said on X, “With Amorim getting sacked and being a stickler for 3-4-3 I wonder whether the Celtic board take heed if one way Wilf won’t adapt…
There seems to be no appetite by Nancy to change his system at Celtic and after eight games, it’s clear that it’s not working.
The Celtic manager seems intent on flogging the dead horse and, if he’s not careful, it will cost him his job.

Celtic have now lost six games from Wilfried Nancy’s first eight fixtures as the Hoops boss.
Better Celtic manager’s than Nancy have not survived this kind of form so it is quiet baffling as to why the board are digging their heels in with the Frenchman.
